You are a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Project Coordinator supporting facility operations, maintenance, and construction projects in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. You will coordinate maintenance activities, process invoices and vendor payments, support office and facilities requests, and assist with construction project tracking, budgeting, and documentation. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, project coordination, and facilities management experience who thrives in a collaborative onsite environment.
This position pays: $38 – $50
What you will be doing:
- Process facilities and maintenance invoices, vendor payments, and online check requisitions
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to maintain a safe and efficient workplace
- Support employees with facilities-related requests, office management issues, and ticket tracking
- Assist with construction project coordination, scheduling, and project tracking activities
- Maintain project documentation, contract administration records, and document control systems
- Conduct site inspections to monitor contractor compliance, project quality, and safety standards
- Support budget tracking, invoice reviews, cost estimates, and project timelines
- Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and utility providers
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Procore, and AutoCAD to support project operations
What you bring:
- 5–10 years of progressively responsible contract administration or facilities coordination experience
- 3–4 years of construction project management or related project coordination background preferred
- Experience supporting construction budgets, project tracking, and facility maintenance operations
- Strong understanding of construction-related projects, blueprints, technical specifications, and building documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Familiarity with Procore, AutoCAD, or other construction management software preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and deadline management abilities
- Experience working in a professional office environment
- Ability to work onsite in San Jose, CA and collaborate effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
