Yard Worker – Summer Job
Location: North Sacramento
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour – $19.00/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Yard Workers to join our team in North Sacramento. This position is responsible for pulling and preparing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring products are accurately staged for shipment to locations across the United States. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and outdoor yard environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Read and understand printed job orders accurately
- Pull firework parts and materials based on order requirements
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Stage and organize shipments for outbound delivery
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse and yard duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, yard, or order pulling experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work day shift schedules
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
