HR Operations Specialist (MSS)

You are a detail-oriented HR professional with experience managing employee lifecycle transactions and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems. You thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and are comfortable partnering with managers and site teams to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Location: Remote

This Position Pays: $19–$22/hour

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage Manager Self Service (MSS) lifecycle transactions, including compensation changes, promotions, job updates, bonuses, and reporting structure changes
  • Review Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for accuracy and compliance
  • Partner with site teams to collect and validate required documentation prior to processing
  • Support managers without proxy access by initiating and completing transactions on their behalf
  • Review and approve transactions to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Process and maintain employee data across HR systems (PeopleSoft and ADP)

What You Bring:

  • Experience in HR operations, HRIS, or a similar administrative role
  • Familiarity with MSS transactions and employee lifecycle processes
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Experience with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
