Job Summary
HR Coordinator
You are a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional who thrives in a mission-driven environment. You bring experience across HR operations and recruiting, and you take pride in creating smooth, people-centered processes. You are highly organized, adaptable, and able to balance independent work with strong collaboration—supporting both employees and leadership while helping operations run seamlessly.

This Position Pays: $26–$28/hr
TEMP TO HIRE
What You Will Be Doing:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including drafting and posting job descriptions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and supportive employee experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation with strong attention to detail.
• Support day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and maintaining an organized workspace.
• Provide administrative and operational support to HR and leadership teams as needed.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration, with opportunities to grow into expanded responsibilities over time.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
• Contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven culture that supports the organization’s overall impact.
What You Bring:
• 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Passion for nonprofit work and alignment with a mission-driven organization.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
