You are a detail-oriented and organized professional who ensures all licensed staff, contractors, volunteers, and students meet credentialing and enrollment requirements. You provide administrative and project support to the Revenue Cycle team while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You communicate effectively, handle multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Location: Santa Rosa, CA (Onsite)
This Position Pays: $28.04 – $30.96 per hour

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate credentialing and enrollment for all clinical staff, including applications, verifications, and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of credentialing, recredentialing, licenses, and certifications.
• Support provider enrollment with private insurance, Medi-Cal, Medicare, PECOS, CAQH, and other payer systems.
• Partner with vendors and internal departments for audits, site visits, and compliance updates.
• Administer student and provider programs, including MA Extern, NP/PA rotations, and loan forgiveness programs.
• Track CME, CPR/BLS certifications, and other compliance-related requirements.
• Assist HR and department leadership with policies, procedures, and credentialing-related projects.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in medical staff credentialing and enrollment; 3–6 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of credentialing, enrollment, and compliance in a community clinic setting.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel; PowerPoint preferred) and electronic credentialing systems (e.g., Credential Stream, Verity Stream).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
