Retail Sales Representative
You are a confident and customer-focused retail sales professional who enjoys building relationships with both retail clients and industry professionals. You provide excellent customer service, maintain a professional demeanor, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment while promoting company products and driving sales.
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
This Position Pays: $23/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, including Saturdays (off Sundays and Tuesdays)
Employment Type: Temporary with potential for Temp-to-Hire
What You Will Be Doing:

Greet customers and assist with product selections

Promote the company’s product line to retail customers and industry professionals

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors

Process orders, enter invoices, and coordinate pickup procedures

Follow shipping and receiving protocols

Assist with inventory management and stock organization

Prepare and deliver bank deposits
-
Upsell products when appropriate to maximize sales

Meet monthly sales quotas

Write thank-you notes to clients to maintain relationships

Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborate with team members
What You Bring:
-
College degree or equivalent experience in sales, retail, or design-related field
-
1–2 years of retail sales experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong computer skills and ability to learn sales systems

Self-motivated with strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Ability to work Saturdays
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
