Location: Miami Florida – Onsite
Pay rate: $25/hr.
What you will do:
- Manage the operational execution for your assigned client group including hotels and stadium transport.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, validate travel plans, and ensure compliance with TMM system standards. Execute the vehicle dispatch plan in accordance with TMM allocations.
- On match days, takes full responsibility for on
- ground logistics
- guest coordination
- service delivery excellence
- Oversee transport operations for your client group, ensuring precise execution of SOPs, route validation, and driver scheduling.
- Ensure correct VAPPs, fleet IDs, and vehicle readiness for each assignment.
- Provide direct supervision of match-day movements, ensuring punctuality and adherence to competition protocols.
- Coordinate shuttle transport services, developing SOPs, validating routes, and optimizing driver schedules for efficient movement of designated groups.
- Ensure TMM compliance, vehicle readiness, and proper client-facing presentation.
- On match days, manages live operations, troubleshooting, and service optimization in real-time.
- Manage key inventory, monitor driver shifts, and ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain constant communication with drivers and supervisors to adjust schedules as needed for service continuity.
What you bring:
- Must speak English fluently and other languages are a bonus.
- Experience working with Bus and Fleet logistics.
