You are a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Associate supporting Technical Support operations within a collaborative training and laboratory environment. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, balancing SAP order processing, customer communication, and office coordination while ensuring seamless support for internal teams and on-site training activities.
This Position Pays: $25.19 – 34.66
Hours: 8am – 5pm
What You Will Be Doing:
- Place and manage replacement and troubleshooting orders in SAP, ensuring timely shipment to customers and field staff
- Process instrument and product returns using SAP and related systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders during training sessions
- Document customer communications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.com during low staffing periods
- Provide on-site administrative support, including office supply management, shipment receiving, and correspondence routing
- Coordinate occasional on-site customer support logistics, including lunches and travel arrangements
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance workflow, efficiency, and documentation
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills
- 3–5 years of SAP experience (required)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Salesforce.com, DocuSign, Power Automate, and Teams Agents (preferred)
- Adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn
