Temporary Office Coordinator (20 hrs/week, 3 months)

You are a proactive, highly organized Office Coordinator who keeps operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You take ownership of office logistics, create a welcoming experience for employees and visitors, and ensure the workspace is professional, efficient, and fully supported.

Location: Mountain View
This Position Pays: $25–$27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for property management, maintenance, custodial services, and repairs; follow issues through resolution.
  • Maintain meeting rooms, lobby, kitchen, demo spaces, and shared areas to a high standard.
  • Oversee office infrastructure, furniture, signage, branding materials, and key card access.
  • Manage coffee, snack, beverage, and supply programs including inventory, ordering, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate small appliance maintenance and repairs.
  • Greet visitors, candidates, and partners; manage guest scheduling and staff notifications.
  • Prepare demo areas and arrange refreshments and signage for meetings and candidate visits.
  • Support recruiting and HR with onsite visit logistics, swag distribution, and ad hoc office projects.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of office or operations coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom; experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic workplace.
