This Position Pays
- Pay Rate: $19.18 -$19.18
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime: As needed
What You Will Be Doing
- Verify materials that are picked, staged, and prepared for shipment
- Perform box making, labeling, picking (walking), packing (standing), carrier package sorting, and pallet stacking
- Palletize, wrap, and strap pallets as required
- Break down packages and inspect products for defects
- Sort and separate freight as needed
- Work in cold environments when required
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting daily shipping objectives
What You Bring
- Dependability with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
- Basic warehouse experience and understanding of distribution operations
- Ability to use basic computer systems, warehouse management systems, and RF scanning devices
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar warehouse equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while standing or walking 6–10 hours per shift
- Strong communication and basic problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions
- Flexibility to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing daily demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
