Housekeeper – Lodge
Job Summary
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for lodge guests. This role ensures guest rooms and common areas meet cleanliness and quality standards while providing friendly, respectful service that enhances the overall guest experience.
Location: Stateline, NV
Pay: $20.00 – $20.00
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm (May include weekdays, weekends, and holidays based on occupancy)
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to lodge standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and disinfect surfaces
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lost-and-found items promptly
• Follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and chemical handling guidelines
• Work efficiently to meet room turnaround times
• Provide courteous and professional interaction with guests and team members
• Assist with laundry duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills
• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
