This Position Pays: $19.18 – $19.18
What You Will Be Doing
- Operate, set up, monitor, and perform basic troubleshooting on semi-automated filling, labeling, and finishing equipment
- Dispense, package, cap, torque, and assemble dry and/or wet products, components, and kits per approved procedures
- Prepare and maintain production areas, verify materials, perform line clearance, and ensure organized, compliant workspaces
- Perform in-process inspections and verify weights, counts, and specifications using visual and mechanical methods
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation while following quality system, EHS, and PPE requirements
- Manage material flow and inventory, including forklift operation (training provided)
- Support audits, cross-training, special projects, and flexible shift coverage
- Use required respiratory protection, including occasional use of a full-face supplied-air breathing mask

- Maintain product quality and regulatory compliance through accurate process execution and inspections
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including housekeeping, waste reduction, and process enhancements
- Comply with hazardous waste, wastewater, and environmental emission procedures
- Promote a safe, accountable work environment by following safety standards and communicating production issues proactively
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent with 0–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions; apply basic math, computer, and problem-solving skills
- Experience operating and troubleshooting manual, semi-automatic, or automated production equipment (SAP experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-driven mindset
- Team-oriented, flexible, able to prioritize tasks, and available for overtime or weekend shifts as needed
