You Are an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are professional, reliable, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
This Position Pays:
$20–$24 per hour
What You Will Be Doing:
- Providing administrative support to daily office operations
- Managing documentation, filing, and accurate data entry
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
- Supporting timekeeping and attendance tracking
- Assisting with special projects and general office coordination
- Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external contacts
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong documentation and data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with timekeeping or administrative tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Willingness to obtain a Public Notary certification
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
