Paralegal
We are looking for experienced Litigation Paralegals to support a mass tort case. In this role, you will be assigned a portfolio of clients (families) and will work within a structured team environment, reporting to two supervising attorneys/managers. You are highly detail-oriented and litigation-focused, with experience in discovery, documentation, and evidence collection to support and perfect damage claims.
Location: Remote – Anywhere in the United States
Assignment Length: 6–12 Months (with potential overtime)
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation $30-$47 per hour, depending on experience
What you will be doing:
- Serve as the primary paralegal support for assigned clients (families)
- Assist with litigation and discovery responses, including compiling, organizing, and reviewing documentation
- Coordinate document and evidence collection using defined checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Gather, track, and upload supporting materials to perfect damages in property damage claims
- Work extensively within the BrownGreer portal (web-based claims administration platform)
- Upload, organize, and manage files within Box
- Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and adhere to established workflows and deadlines
- Ensure confidentiality and data security standards are met at all times
What you bring:
- Paralegal experience supporting litigation matters
- Strong experience with discovery processes and documentation management
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client files simultaneously
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured checklists and procedures
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Ideally you have:
- Mass tort litigation experience, particularly involving:
- Natural disasters or wildfires
- Medical device litigation
- Class action lawsuits
- Prior experience working with claims administration or litigation support portals (e.g., BrownGreer)
