HR Assistant – Part Time 24-30hrs

 You are a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant who enjoys working with data and supporting payroll processes. You are comfortable with data entry and Excel and are eager to learn payroll compliance and HR operations in a professional office environment.

Location: Georgetown, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 1 year assignment
This Position Pays: $24/hr

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate payroll and employee data
  • Support the Payroll Specialist with weekly payroll and compliance documentation
  • Organize and track payroll records and required reports
  • Communicate with internal teams and contractors to collect payroll information
  • Update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with audits by ensuring documentation is complete and organized
  • Provide general HR administrative support and assist with special projects as needed

What You Bring:

  • Experience with data entry and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of payroll or HR processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to speak Korean is highly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in HR, Business, or Accounting is a plus
