You Are an entry-level Supply Planning Coordinator who is detail-oriented and data-driven, with a strong focus on safeguarding the customer experience. You proactively monitor inventory and open-order performance, diagnose fulfillment delays, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
This Position Pays: $27 – $32
What You Will Be Doing
- Analyze key data sets, including global inventory levels, demand and supply signals, intercompany transfer orders, and open orders to identify root causes of fulfillment delays.
- Partner with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues contributing to past-due orders.
- Build, maintain, and analyze reporting that highlights trends in past-due orders and supports data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, implement, and track preventive actions to avoid recurring issues.
- Support initiatives to reduce Global Open Orders Past Due to below $16.6M and improve OTIF performance from 88% to 92% by 2026.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Accounting, Mathematics, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, customer service, or related roles.
- Strong experience reviewing and analyzing large data sets using Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with SAP or Kinaxis is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
