Member Success Coordinator
You are a customer-focused professional who builds strong relationships
with winery members. Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks and
resolve issues independently. Collaborative, self-directed, and committed to
delivering exceptional member service.
Location: St. Helena, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
This Position Pays: $27/hour (assignment through January)
What You Will Be Doing:
- Serve
as the first point of contact for assigned members, developing clear
communication channels. - Process
member orders promptly and accurately, exceeding service expectations. - Coordinate
shipping and receiving, including pick sheets, export documentation, and
carrier scheduling. - Anticipate
member needs and provide proactive solutions to enhance partnerships. - Conduct
regular check-ins with member staff to ensure satisfaction and identify
opportunities for improvement. - Address
issues or deviations quickly and professionally. - Support
additional Member Success responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring:
- High
school diploma or GED (AA degree or equivalent experience preferred). - 1–3
years of customer support, shipping, or logistics experience. - Proficiency
in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and AMS/Fort. - Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong
organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet
deadlines. - Ability
to lift/move up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with
warehouse operations.
