Patient Service/Call Center Representative

Location: Sacramento Office
This Position Pays: $25-$30/hr DOE

Schedule: Mon – Friday 9am – 5pm one weekend day every other weekend

TEMP TO HIRE

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing HEAVY calls, emails, chats, and in-person inquiries from patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Providing information on HealthFlex services and assisting with scheduling and general questions.
• Resolving complaints and escalating issues when needed.
• Performing accurate data entry and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
• Handling incoming faxes, after-hours communications, and distributing to relevant teams.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth patient care and follow-up.
• Assisting with office tasks such as supply management, photocopying, and confidential document handling.
• Ensuring all communication and interactions comply with HIPAA regulations.

What You Bring:

• Customer/Call Center service experience with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse populations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, office management, and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
• The ability to multitask, maintain professional customer service and accuracy
