You are a Field Service Scheduling Coordinator responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and dispatching field service calls while maintaining accurate CRM case notes and supporting engineers and Regional Service Managers through strategic calendar planning and customer communication.
This position pays: $25-$31.25
What you will be doing:

Coordinating and scheduling field service calls, including entering detailed notes per CRM guidelines.

Working closely with Field Service Engineers and Regional Service Managers to plan onsite visits and maintain accurate calendar updates.

Communicating directly with customers to secure and confirm the best available service dates.

Improving service response time and contributing to higher customer satisfaction scores.

Increasing scheduling efficiency and helping maximize customer instrument uptime through visibility to open work orders.
What you bring:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

3+ years of dispatcher or customer service representative experience preferred.

Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fully remote environment.

Proficiency with MS Office (Teams, Outlook), SAP, and Salesforce.

Excellent communication and organizational skills to deliver a seamless customer experience.
