Fundraising & Office Support Assistant (Part-Time,
Temporary)

You are a detail-oriented, reliable professional
who excels in organizing tasks and supporting a team. You enjoy working in a
fast-paced environment, have strong customer service skills, and are committed
to accuracy and consistent attendance. You are motivated to assist with
fundraising efforts and ensure smooth office operations.

Location: Concord, CA

Schedule: Tues/Wed/Thurs 8:30 – 5:30 (8-week assignment)

This Position Pays: $25–$27/hr

What you will be doing:

  • Assist
    with fundraising initiatives and donor communications.
  • Perform
    data entry and maintain accurate records in Raisers Edge.
  • Support
    office staff with daily operations and organizational tasks.
  • Coordinate
    with vendors and manage events or project details.

What you bring:

  • Experience
    with Salesforce and strong data entry skills.
  • Fundraising
    or nonprofit experience preferred.
  • Excellent
    customer service and organizational abilities.
  • Ability
    to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment
    to reliable attendance and schedule adherence.
