Recruiting Coordinator
You are a detail-oriented, proactive professional who
thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent organizational skills,
strong written and verbal communication, and enjoy supporting a team to ensure
a smooth hiring process. You are tech-savvy, eager to learn, and provide
top-notch customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
Location: San Francisco, CA
This Position Pays: $30-$40/hr
Type: Full-Time, TEMP TO HIRE
What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist
with full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, screening resumes,
and coordinating next steps. - Organize
and schedule candidate interviews efficiently across multiple calendars. - Support
the recruiting team with administrative tasks and process documentation. - Communicate
professionally with candidates and internal team members. - Maintain
recruitment systems and documentation accurately.
What You Bring:
- Proven
experience in administrative or recruiting support roles. - Strong
knowledge of Google Workspace and other recruiting technologies. - Exceptional
attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent
written and verbal communication skills. - Ability
to provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional
demeanor. - Eagerness
to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
