Assistant Planner
Location: Hybrid – In-office (Mon/Tues/Thurs) in Emeryville, CA
Hours Expected: Full-time, 40 hours/week
You are a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Planner to support our Health, Beauty & Cosmetics (HBC) and General Merchandise (GM) planning teams. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multi-tasking, and is eager to learn. You’ll play a vital role in execution, team support, and data/report management.
This position pays: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
What you will be doing:
- Assist with distribution processes for HBC and GM departments
- Support execution of planning tasks and team operations
- Update reports and provide analytical support as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly objectives
- Prioritize and manage multiple ongoing assignments
- Work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Confident decision-making with limited information
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
