Wine Technician – Mobile Production Services
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Pay: $25–$35 per hour (DOE)
We’re seeking a hands-on, motivated Services Technician to join the team providing on-site wine production services across client wineries. This role is ideal for individuals with wine cellar or equipment maintenance experience — but we’ll train the right candidate!
As part of our mobile operations team, you’ll operate and maintain specialized wine processing systems such as crossflow filtration, flash systems, ion exchange units, and more. You’ll work directly with winemakers and cellar teams, helping ensure quality and efficiency in wine production.
What You’ll Do

Operate and maintain mobile winery equipment on client sites

Deliver, set up, and sanitize equipment and work areas

Perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

Collect samples and complete accurate work orders

Assist with general maintenance as needed

Uphold company safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For

Experience in wine cellars, beverage production, or equipment maintenance (preferred)

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license ability to tow a trailer.

Mechanically inclined with an eye for detail

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Able to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours (including weekends when required)
