Production & Automation Lead
Location: Sonoma County
Compensation: $24-34.60 per hour
Are you ready to lead a dynamic production team in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Production & Automation Lead to oversee our manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in automation, connectors, injection molding, metal, or related precision manufacturing processes.
What You’ll Do:
Lead a talented team in executing production work orders, coordinating equipment setup, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Participate hands-on in automation, molding, or assembly processes, including troubleshooting, machine setup, and preventative maintenance.
Drive quality by monitoring processes and coaching the team on inspections and standards.
Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve process issues, implement corrective actions, and optimize workflows.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, from reducing cycle times to improving equipment uptime and minimizing scrap/waste.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment following Lean and 5S practices.

Who You Are:
Hands-on, adaptable, and excited by automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Experienced with production scheduling, machine operation, and process documentation.
Comfortable in a manufacturing environment with physical activity, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
A strong communicator and natural leader who can motivate a team and collaborate across departments.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required; technical training a plus.
Experience leading production teams and coordinating workflow.
