This Position Pays: 19.18 – $19.18
What You Will Be Doing
- Support all material handling and distribution operations
- Verify that picked and staged materials are accurately shipped
- Perform box making, labeling, picking (walking), packing (standing), and carrier package sorting
- Work in cold environments as required
- Stack, palletize, wrap, and strap pallets safely
- Break down packages and inspect products for defects
- Sort and separate freight as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet daily shipping and productivity objectives
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Dependability with a strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
- Basic warehouse experience and understanding of distribution operations
- Ability to operate pallet jacks or applicable warehouse equipment
- Experience using RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions
- Strong communication and basic problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with attention to accuracy and quality
- Flexibility to change tasks based on daily operational needs
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for 6–10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
