Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist

You are a detail-oriented professional with strong
customer service skills and proficiency in data management tools. You thrive in
a fast-paced environment, enjoy supporting leadership, and bring both accuracy
and efficiency to your work.

Location: Santa Rosa

This Position Pays: $31–$33/hour

Schedule: Full-Time, 37 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provide
    direct support to the Team Lead/Supervisor in daily operations.
  • Perform
    data entry and manage information across multiple platforms.
  • Create
    and maintain reports using Excel, Access, and QuickBooks.
  • Assist
    with data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Communicate
    effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Handle
    customer service needs with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Support
    projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • Strong
    customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency
    in Excel, Access, and QuickBooks (required).
  • Solid
    data entry and analytical abilities.
  • Ability
    to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Experience
    in mortgage, title, or related industries (preferred but not required).
  • Dependability,
    adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
