You are a Production Equipment Technician that supports plastic component manufacturing and assembly for medical equipment.
This position pays: $20.00 – $25.00
What you will be doing:
- Monitor the performance of critical production equipment
- Perform general preventative maintenance and repair on machining equipment
- Support continuous improvement projects throughout the production areas
- Ensure assignments are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain clean work area
- Observe all safety protocols for machining equipment and report any potential safety hazards and needed repairs to you management team
What you bring:
- 2yrs of work experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in automotive, aeronautical or medical devices industry
- Familiarity with machining and cutting tools; table saw, drill press, milling machine, belt/disc sander, lathe
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Available for occasional overtime and weekend work
- Forklift and/or welding experience
