You are a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who supports order processing, invoicing, and customer service while serving as the primary point of contact for EDI operations. You work closely with Sales, Finance, Production, and Logistics to ensure accurate transactions, efficient fulfillment, and exceptional customer support.

Location: Turlock, CA (Full Time Onsite) 

Mon – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (Temp to Hire)

This Position Pays: $27-$29/hr

What You Will Be Doing:

• Process and enter customer purchase orders; coordinate fulfillment with production and logistics.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and EDI portals, resolving order and delivery issues.

• Act as primary contact for EDI setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation.

• Generate and distribute accurate invoices; support Finance with reconciliations and discrepancy resolution.

• Provide administrative and reporting support to Sales; maintain accurate customer records.

• Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure smooth communication and timely issue resolution.

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Experience with ERP and EDI systems strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette.

• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
