Treasury Service Specialist

You excel at providing high-quality support for Treasury Services products, including implementation, technical assistance, and ongoing client relationship management. You’re a proactive problem-solver and effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

 Location: Walnut Creek and Cerritos, CA (Full-Time, On-Site)

This Position Pays: $28.50 – $36.00 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:

• Support clients throughout the full Treasury Services lifecycle—onboarding, training, and ongoing service.
• Act as a subject matter expert for all Treasury Services products, including Online/Mobile Banking, ACH, Wires, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit, and Positive Pay.
• Troubleshoot client issues and provide technical assistance to ensure product functionality and satisfaction.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as report reviews, callbacks, and data transfers.
• Assist with account analysis, client risk assessments, and audit preparation.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, NACHA rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide high-level service and responsiveness to both clients and colleagues.

 What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Experience with Treasury/Cash Management or Internet Banking services preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel to assigned locations as needed.
