You are a strategic and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Manager with a strong background in supply chain operations. You possess leadership skills, strong vendor negotiation experience, and a deep understanding of HVAC equipment and components. You’re ready to drive cost efficiency and ensure timely procurement in a fast-paced environment.
This position pays: $43.27 – $55.29
What you will be doing:

Developing and executing purchasing strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective availability of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.

Monitoring inventory levels, performing audits, and adjusting stock strategies to prevent shortages or excess.

Leading the Purchasing and Inventory team, overseeing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-departmental collaboration to maintain optimal inventory operations.
What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Purchasing and Inventory Manager, preferably within the HVAC industry.

Proficiency in inventory software, strong organizational skills, vendor negotiation expertise, and a valid CA driver’s license with reliable transportation.
