You are a strategic and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Manager with a strong background in supply chain operations. You possess leadership skills, strong vendor negotiation experience, and a deep understanding of HVAC equipment and components. You’re ready to drive cost efficiency and ensure timely procurement in a fast-paced environment.

This position pays: $43.27 – $55.29


What you will be doing:

  • Developing and executing purchasing strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective availability of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.

  • Monitoring inventory levels, performing audits, and adjusting stock strategies to prevent shortages or excess.

  • Leading the Purchasing and Inventory team, overseeing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-departmental collaboration to maintain optimal inventory operations.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Purchasing and Inventory Manager, preferably within the HVAC industry.

  • Proficiency in inventory software, strong organizational skills, vendor negotiation expertise, and a valid CA driver’s license with reliable transportation.
