Job Title: HVAC Production Worker
Location: North Sacramento, CA
This position pays: $19.50 – $20.00/hr.
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:15 PM (Some Saturdays as needed)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable HVAC Production Worker to assist in the manufacturing and assembly of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves working with tools, sheet metal, and components to build quality HVAC units in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has experince with HVAC production and is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to follow production schedules and instructions.
What you will be doing:
- Assemble HVAC units and ductwork using hand and power tools
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and production instructions
- Measure, cut, and form sheet metal parts to specification
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with standards
- Keep work area clean and adhere to all safety protocols
What you bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in HVAC, metal fabrication, or production preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Team player with a strong work ethic
