Sales — Customer Service Agent

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
(Part-time schedule may be considered for students)
This Position Pays: $20.00/HR
What You Will Be Doing:
- Check
for and process incoming online orders accurately and on time - Import
orders into internal systems and follow up with customers when additional
information is needed - Create
and maintain customer profiles - Collaborate
with the sales team to keep the website current - Track
customer feedback and communicate it to the appropriate team members - Follow
up on customer requests or issues to ensure resolution
What You Bring:
- Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone - Proficiency
with computers; experience with Mac/Apple is a plus - Ability
to stay organized and maintain accurate records - Dependability
and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
