You are a detail-oriented and proactive Proposal
Writer/Editor with 3–5 years of experience in the A/E/C industry. You have
exceptional writing, editing, and project coordination skills, and you thrive
in deadline-driven environments. You’re comfortable working with
cross-functional teams, independently managing proposal timelines, and
producing high-quality, visually appealing deliverables that align with
strategic goals.

 

Location: Folsom, CA (On-site) TEMP TO HIRE

This Position Pays: $40-$45/hr

What You Will Be Doing:

• Coordinating,
  writing, editing, and managing responses to RFPs/RFQs from kickoff to
  submission.
• Collaborating
  with Project Managers, subject matter experts, and subconsultants to
  develop compelling proposal content.
• Ensuring
  proposals align with win themes, comply with client requirements, and meet
  internal standards.
• Facilitating
  proposal meetings, managing schedules, and tracking deadlines.
• Designing
  and producing supporting materials such as brochures, flyers,
  presentations, and interview handouts.
• Reviewing
  and editing proposals for grammar, formatting, and consistency

What You Bring:

• 3–5
  years of relevant proposal experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Strong
  writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent
  communication and collaboration abilities across teams.
• Proficiency
  in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience
  with Canva and advanced design tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is
  a plus.
• Ability
  to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
• Bachelor’s
  degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field
  preferred.
• Strong
  organization, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset.
