Machine Operator Technician

 

You are a talented Machine Operator Technician who is a team player with exceptional analytical and technical skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.

This position pays: $20 – $25

What you will be doing:

• Following documented procedures to complete daily production tasks

• Loading fixtures and adjusting processes as needed

• Inspecting parts under a microscope to identify quality issues

• Reading blueprints to ensure jobs meet specifications

• Monitoring and maintaining equipment

• Recommending repairs and performing setups

• Complying with safety and legal regulations

• Participating in ongoing learning and reading technical publications

What you bring:

• 1–3 years of experience in machining or high-tech manufacturing

• Educational background in light industrial trades or vocational programs (preferred)

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use Windows-based computers

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Flexibility to work various jobs and shifts, including overtime

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Experience with process improvement and safety programs

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and deliver exceptional customer service
