Administrative Assistant



You are a reliable and professional team player with a pleasant demeanor
and excellent communication skills. You’re organized, tech-savvy, and
comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a busy office environment.
You enjoy helping customers, supporting your team, and keeping daily operations
running smoothly.

Location: Onsite – Menlo Park, Mon
– Fri 8am – 5pm

This Position Pays: $22 – $26/hour (TEMP TO HIRE)

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Answering
    and managing multiple phone lines
  • Delivering
    outstanding customer service to clients and vendors
  • Performing
    accurate data entry
  • Processing
    orders and receiving payments
  • Preparing
    and providing estimates
  • Coordinating
    with vendors and assisting customers with inquiries
  • Supporting
    the office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks

What You Bring:

  • Proficiency
    in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Outlook
  • Strong
    typing skills and general computer competency
  • Clear
    and professional verbal and written communication
  • Excellent
    multitasking and time management abilities
  • Experience
    in customer service and administrative roles
  • A
    positive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
