Shipping/Warehouse Specialist

You are a Shipping/Warehouse Specialist responsible for ensuring all materials and goods are received, stored, picked, and shipped in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

Location: Valencia CA

Compensation: $21/HR

Schedule: Mon-Fri 5:30am-2:00pm

What You Will Be Doing:

• Coordinate outgoing shipments with various carriers.
• Operate forklifts (certification required).
• Accept and sign for deliveries, including receiving materials, creating receiving paperwork, and ensuring proper storage.
• Fill work orders efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
• Prepare export documentation and arrange special shipment methods as required.
• Perform data entry and manage transactions within the Epicor system.
• Generate necessary barcodes or other labels as required.
• Identify process inefficiencies and assist in implementing improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, and/or inventory management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Clear and effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work professionally with all levels of company employees.
• Proficient in basic data entry and use of manufacturing systems; knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and Outlook.
• Ability to safely operate standard warehouse equipment, including obtaining PIT Certification.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
