Job Summary

Travel Coordinator  (Contract-to-hire; 6-month contract)

You are a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Coordinator to manage domestic and international travel logistics for employees and teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage travel issues in real time, while ensuring compliance with internal policies. You’ll work closely with Accounting, Payroll, and Finance teams and play a vital role in delivering seamless travel support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Location: Fremont, CA (Hybrid Schedule)

This position pays: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour

What you will be doing:

  • Arrange and manage travel accommodations, flights, hotels, and transportation for personnel
  • Coordinate large group travel, including international and domestic itineraries
  • Handle travel disruptions (delays, cancellations) and resolve booking discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate travel records and reports; assist with expense reporting via Concur
  • Provide timely support via email, text, and phone for all travel-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with travel policies and vendor agreements
  • Serve as the main point of contact for travel support and liaise with external vendors
  • Assist with onsite events and administrative duties as needed
  • Offer after-hours and weekend support when required

 

What you bring:

  • 1+ years of corporate travel coordination experience
  • Proficiency with Concur Travel & Expense and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience handling both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage shifting priorities
  • Reliable attendance and ability to respond to travel emergencies outside normal hours
