Location: San Carlos, CA



Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fully Onsite) 



Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

What You Will Be Doing

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving product quality by identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop quality processes, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement quality standards within the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Review and approve PPAPs, first article inspections, and supplier quality documentation.

• Perform statistical analysis (Gage R&R, SPC, capability studies) using Minitab.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and facilitate external audits.

• Train employees on quality procedures, documentation, and best practices.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with QMS, PPAP, PFMEA, APQP, and Control Plans.

• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, and problem-solving methodologies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Minitab.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• ASQ certification is a plus.
