Senior Marketing Manager

You are a strategic and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for customer success and community building. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive engagement, adoption, and renewal for our learning resources and events, targeting diverse customer segments from end users to enterprise clients.

This position pays: $50.00- $54.00 per hour - 1 year contract 

Location: Remote 

What you will be doing:

• Develop and implement segment-specific marketing strategies for end users, power users, small businesses, and enterprise customers.
• Create compelling content, including copy, messaging frameworks, and customer success stories, tailored to each audience segment.
• Orchestrate and manage campaign execution across multiple channels, including marketing automation systems and community events.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Develop and execute renewal marketing strategies to reduce churn and increase certification renewal rates.
• Establish robust tracking and measurement frameworks to monitor customer journey patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution.

What you bring:

• 7+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, with a focus on customer success, education, or community initiatives.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a proven ability to create high-converting copy.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance measurement and optimization.
• Experience creating segment-specific messaging for diverse audiences.
• Proven success in driving engagement with online communities or educational programs.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and campaign orchestration tools.
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
