You are an experienced Estate Planning Attorney seeking to join a reputable firm in the Northern and Southern California market.

Our client holds offices throughout Northern California and Southern California including those to serve clients in the San Francisco Bay Area, Greater Sacramento, and Greater Los Angeles. They guide individuals, families, and business owners with their family and business planning needs.

Compensation: $130,000 to $160,000 + Bonus

Location: Auburn, CA and Sacramento, CA

What you will be doing:

• Conduct client consultations, gather information, and provide planning recommendations.
• Review and update estate plans for current and former clients.
• Quote fees, manage client engagement, and process agreements via DocuSign.
• Accept payments and complete necessary intake forms.
• Utilize task management software, emails, and correspondence.
• Review estate plan drafts to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Conduct client reviews, explain plans, and address concerns.
• Identify referral opportunities to financial advisors and obtain necessary consents.
• Respond to client inquiries and maintain detailed records.
• Participate in attorney, advanced planning, and department meetings.
• Attend biweekly estate planning meetings and monthly staff meetings.

What you bring:

• Telephone/meeting Etiquette
• Licensed attorney by California State Bar
• State Bar Certified Specialist in Trust, Wills & Probate preferred
• Knowledge of income, gift and estate tax laws
• Notary Public
• 3 years minimum experience in the area of Estate Planning to start
