Job Summary

Sr. Payroll Compliance Analyst (Contract to Perm)

You are a Sr. Payroll Compliance Analyst who thrives in a fast paced environment and manages several high-level, complex projects concurrently.

This position pays: $52 to $85 an hour

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax and regulations
  • Collaborate closely with the HR benefits team regarding retirement plans updates and changes
  • Fund the retirement plan contributions each pay cycle and maintain records to satisfy payroll related annual audit requirements
  • Create custom reports and conduct bi-weekly, quarterly and semi-annual audits and be the main payroll point of contact for external audits
  • Process large data sets utilizing Excel and complicated formulas and macros to audit payroll data 
  • Thoroughly understand and comply with Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) administration manual and ensure manual is updated as needed

 

What you bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred
  • Experience working with Workday and Kronos required
  • Proficient with Excel required
  • Experience processing payroll for over 2500 employees preferred
