We are seeking diligent and motivated individuals to join
the team as Blend Room Production Associates for the swing shift. Blend
Technicians are responsible for preparing and verifying ingredients for
blending processes. This includes handling batch documentation, verifying the
accuracy of documentation against production schedules, and ensuring proper
ingredient assembly and weighing. The role also involves performing blend
calculations, handling partial ingredients correctly, and maintaining accurate
records. 

Location: West Sacramento

Compensation: $18.50/hr – $19.50/hr

What you will be doing:

• Stage
  Ingredients: Verify and resolve discrepancies in batch documentation.
• Assemble
  Ingredients: Use pick sheets and FEFO principles to gather and weigh
  ingredients.
• Perform
  Calculations: Execute blend calculations, including metric conversions.
• Ensure
  Quality: Manage tasks to ensure quality and consistency in blended
  products.
• Ensure
  safety compliance, cleanliness, equipment operation, GMP adherence,
  quality system participation, accurate ingredient mixing, and
  cleaning/sanitizing of blend tanks and lines, with proper documentation.

What you bring:

• Prior
  experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• 2-3
  years of experience with batching or mixing
• Exhibits
  strong attention to detail, maintains excellent organizational skills,
• Displays
  a professional attitude, with ability to work independently and as part of
  a team.
• Possesses
  strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside excellent
  interpersonal abilities, enabling professional interactions with both
  customers and colleagues.
