Human Resources Coordinator

You are a passionate and detail-oriented professional who
thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment. As an HR Coordinator, you will
support the daily operations of the Human Resources department, assist with
recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and ensure smooth HR functions
while maintaining a positive and efficient workplace culture.

This position pays: $25.00 – $26.00/hour


Location: Santa Rosa

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

What you will be doing:

  • Assist
    with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling
    interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Create
    new hire packets and lead new hire orientations to ensure a seamless
    onboarding experience.
  • Organize
    and track employee training sessions, ensuring compliance with mandatory
    training schedules.
  • Maintain
    and audit both electronic and physical employee records, ensuring
    confidentiality and compliance.
  • Assist
    in the coordination of employee engagement events, training sessions, and
    company-wide initiatives.
  • Provide
    general administrative support to the HR department, including data entry,
    meeting coordination, and creating reports.
  • Handle
    inquiries from employees regarding HR matters and provide assistance as
    needed.
  • Maintain
    HR communication boards and ensure they are updated with relevant job
    postings and company information.

What you bring:

  • At
    least 1 year of HR or administrative experience, preferably in hospitality
    or a similar industry.
  • Strong
    organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage
    multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency
    in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and experience with
    Adobe Acrobat; knowledge of HRIS software (e.g., Dayforce) is a plus.
  • Spanish-speaking
    is preferred.
  • Ability
    to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with
    integrity.
