Administrative Contract Analyst (Contract)
You are an Administrative Professional with excellent attention to detail and intermediate Excel skills. You will review and analyze current contracts and document findings. Additional support in Finance and HR.
This position pays: $35 to $38 per hour
Location: Mountain View – Onsite
What you will be doing:
- Review contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and other business-related documents, to identify potential risks or unfavorable terms.
- Highlight and document clauses or language that could be problematic for the company.
- Work with finance and procurement teams to identify contract terms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Maintain organized records of contract reviews and revisions.
- Assist in drafting contract addendums or modifications as needed.
- Ad Hoc Administrative or HR projects
What you bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in contract analysis, legal support, or a related field.
- Knowledge of contract terms and conditions helpful.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex contract language and identify potential risks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
