Corporate Travel Agent – Bilingual Korean

You are a Hospitality or Customer Service professional bilingual in Korean and English.

This position pays: $20 to $22 per hour

Location: Carmel IN Onsite

What you will be doing:

• Make reservations/modify/cancel (hotel, car, shuttle)
• Meet and greet travelers to distribute hotels keys, rental car keys and check head count
• Negotiate with vendors
• Intake of VOC, requests, comments and reflect them to improve service
• Provide general customer service
• Drive to Kokomo office to report status, intake and resolve VOCs and visit vendors
• Collection and maintain documents and assist in month end closing
• Performs other related duties as assigned

What you bring:

• English and Korea bilingual strongly preferred (all of clients are Korean speaking)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize as required for optimum customer satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors, and other team members.
• Ability to make decisions based on information available.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions within specified time frames.
• Possession of intermediate to advanced MS Office and general computer skills.
• Experience in hospitality industry or customer service industry is preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to Train
