Marketing Coordinator

You are a detail-oriented digital marketing professional who has a proven track record in successfully implementing email marketing campaigns. You are a social media expert and are comfortable supporting a variety of platforms. You are friendly, self-motivated, and looking to jump right into a new opportunity!

This position pays: $30-$35

Location: Downtown Sacramento (Remote)  

Hours: Part-time, 20-24 hrs. per week

What you will be doing:

  • Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Scheduling and maintaining calendar outlining projects
  • Create email lists and use Pardot marketing automation to implement targeted campaigns
  • Assist with creating graphics and content for presentations
  • Collaborate with Communications & Marketing Director
  • Develop and manage relationships with subcontractors
  • Identify latest digital marketing trends affecting the industry

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of Digital Marketing and Project Coordinating experience
  • Experience in Pardot, Salesforce, and HubSpot required
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Non-Profit experience
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, creative, team player, enthusiastic, strong written and verbal communication skills
