Summary

Join a dynamic
medical device startup pioneering magnetic surgery! We are seeking a highly
experienced and innovative Human Resources Manager to lead our HR and Office
Management functions. As a strategic partner, you will drive growth, enhance
employee engagement, and ensure smooth operations at our Mountain View
headquarters as well as working with our Santiago, Chile office.




What You Will
Be Doing

 

  • HR & Benefits Management: Oversee
    employee compensation, benefits, and equity awards programs.
  • Talent Management & Recruiting: Shape
    our organizational structure, lead recruiting efforts, and manage employee
    evaluations and performance rewards.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a
    vibrant and motivated workforce through team-building initiatives and
    engagement strategies.
  • Policy Development: Create
    and maintain office policies, ensuring a strong cultural foundation and
    regulatory compliance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure
    compliance with labor laws and regulations, including OSHA/EH&S standards.
  • Office Management: Oversee
    office operations, coordinate support services, and assist with payroll and
    administrative tasks.
  • Change Management: Lead
    change initiatives to scale processes, technologies, and workflows.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work
    closely with Chilean operations to align on budgeting, resource allocation, and
    technology integration.

 


What You Bring

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
    in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of HR
    management experience, ideally in a startup or regulated industry like medical
    devices.
  • Leadership: Proven track
    record in change management and driving organizational growth.
  • Cultural Awareness: Strong
    understanding of cultural nuances, especially across international teams.
  • Communication: Excellent
    written and verbal communication skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional
    interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration
    across departments and regions.
