Job Title: Multi-Channel Marketing Program Manager



You are a strategic leader with deep expertise in managing complex marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes. You excel at collaboration, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing resources to ensure the successful execution of multi-channel campaigns. With strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, you are comfortable navigating risks and keeping stakeholders informed, all while continuously improving program processes for greater efficiency and innovation.



This position pays: $75.00 – $85.00 per hour



Location: Remote



What you will be doing:

• You will lead the planning, development, and execution of campaigns across digital, email, social media, content, and events. 
• You will partner with teams in product marketing, demand generation, creative, performance marketing, and sales to align efforts and ensure consistency. 
• Your role will involve managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, while also setting and tracking KPIs to measure performance. 
• You will identify risks, keep campaigns on track, and provide regular updates to leadership. Continuous improvement will be a core focus, implementing best practices to optimize future campaigns.

What you bring:

• 8-10 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on marketing campaigns
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, integrated campaigns
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
• Expertise in managing timelines, budgets, and resources
• Data-driven approach with experience setting KPIs and tracking performance metrics
• PMP or PMI certification preferred
• Proficiency in marketing and project management tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
