Member & Administrative Assistant (CONTRACT-TO-HIRE)



You are a dedicated professional passionate about customer service and administrative excellence.



This position pays: $22-23/hr 

Location: Santa Rosa, CA 



What you will be doing:

  • Staff the front desk; answer phones, respond to emails, greet visitors
  • Resolve inquiries about meetings, activities, services, and platforms
  • Manage office operations, including mail and inventory
  • Assist with equipment, platforms, and account maintenance
  • Coordinate registration and travel for meetings
  • Support meetings, events, trainings, and activities
  • Maintain accurate member records and database; process applications, updates, dues, and monitor compliance
  • Troubleshoot member database and tools; collaborate on process improvements
  • Assist members with website navigation and meeting access
  • Aid in member communications – online, marketing, and social media

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of administrative/office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn specialized databases (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Multi-line phone handling
  • Online collaboration tools (Box, Surveys, Zoom, Google)
  • Typing speed of 50 wpm+
  • Experience with databases and CRMs
  • Reliable transportation for commuting and work-related travel
