Reservationist

You are highly organized and detail-oriented professional with exceptional customer service skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing a positive guest experience.

This position pays:  $20-$22

Location: St. Helena, Ca

What you will be doing:

• Solving customer problems: Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Making reservations: Booking reservations for five tasting rooms and upgrading VIPs to elevated experiences.
• Collaborating with team members: Working with other departments to identify and solve shipping and order problems.
• Maintaining a positive attitude: Displaying a positive attitude and working with integrity when communicating with customers and coworkers.
• Handling high-volume communications: Maintaining a consistently high level of customer service while handling a high volume of email and telephone communications.
• Ensuring exceptional customer experiences: Doing everything within reason to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience.
• Maximizing profitability: Working closely with MOD to book public tours and maximize profitability while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and customer service.  
• Providing guest information: Informing visiting guests about the variety of experiences available at all properties and assisting them in making the best choice.
• Accurate reservation recording: Ensuring that reservations are accurately recorded at the reception desk, in person, by telephone, and through the V360 for all public tour programs.
• Promoting wine club and sales: Promoting and selling the wine club, assisting Wine Educators with wine sales and cash handling, and focusing on data capture.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Superb communication skills
• Service mindset

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivation and a team player
• Ability to manage competing priorities and escalate issues
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in various technology platforms, including Salesforce
• Willingness to work weekends (taking two days off during the week)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Interest in wine preferred
